Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Otis New Equipment (NE) and Modernization (MOD) contracts according to the Sales Installation Process (SIP)
• Ensure installation teams maintain approved site programs, attend meetings, and deliver projects on budget
• Set project objectives, assign tasks, review performance, and maintain resource plans
• Proactively report project risks and deliverable issues during monthly project reviews
• Ensure timely submission of reports, contract records, site diaries, accident reports, and timesheets
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders including Sales, Contract Management, Builders, and Consultants
• Maintain high-performance teams by recruiting, developing, and coaching field labor
• Manage all aspects of project safety, including toolbox talks, site audits, and training

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Building, Engineering, Construction, or a related field
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience leading teams in a project management capacity within the lift industry
• Strong people leadership, consultative, and problem-solving skills
• Effective written and oral English communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and work autonomously
• Technical proficiency and a commitment to working safely in dynamic environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Electrical or Mechanical Trade Certificate
