Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage new construction projects in industrial piping and general installation from estimation to client handover
• Oversee large-scale projects with budgets exceeding €1 million
• Ensure project compliance regarding safety, quality, and technical standards
• Guarantee control over costs, schedules, and contractual milestones
• Manage project budgets, financial tracking, and invoicing
• Handle estimation, negotiation, and management of additional works and contractual claims
• Coordinate project teams, support functions, and field resources including site managers and preparers
• Select and manage subcontractors in accordance with established procedures

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Generalist, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering)
• Several years of experience managing large-scale industrial projects
• Strong leadership skills and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• High level of technical rigor and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
