Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Support new market processes, communications, and documentation
• Assist with budgeting for cost-effective market deployment
• Help identify, retain, and manage third-party contractors including civil engineers and construction contractors
• Maintain and update market-specific details across project management platforms
• Spearhead IKE deployment in assigned markets while maintaining schedule and budget
• Execute plan review processes with cities in the right-of-way space
• Minimize construction costs by locating power from existing infrastructure
• Address site-specific issues during construction and perform on-site visits as required
• Monitor market pipeline to ensure continuous growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Project Management, or 5+ years of related professional experience
• Experience managing daily activity of engineering or construction teams
• Experience obtaining permits for commercial projects in metropolitan areas
• Experience working with city departments such as Public Works, Building, and Planning & Zoning
• Experience coordinating with general contractors and answering RFIs
• Ability to travel throughout the country as projects demand
• Strong project management and organizational skills
