Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end event delivery by creating and managing integrated project plans that define milestones, owners, dependencies, and timelines.
• Drive execution discipline by holding contributors accountable, managing risks, and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Manage core event operational artifacts, including attendee nomination, RSVP tracking, and external registration platforms.
• Translate leadership input into clear strategic direction to ensure events are purpose-built and outcome-driven.
• Partner with Growth leaders to define attendee strategy, identifying the right clients, prospects, and internal participants.
• Apply sales, market, and client data to inform event scope and deliver data-driven insights for leadership decision-making.
• Lead the adoption of mobile event tools to enhance executive engagement and effectiveness.
• Ensure event insights and outcomes are captured and reflected in client briefs and executive summaries.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project or program management delivering complex, cross-functional work in a global or enterprise environment.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based leaders and working effectively across different time zones.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and the ability to manage trackers and documentation at scale.
• Proven skills in analytics and data insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting executive-level events or high-stakes client engagements.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM systems.
• Exposure to mobile event tools and driving adoption through change management.
