Project Manager, Operations

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage technical projects from initiation to completion
• Establish requirements with customers and key stakeholders to understand business needs
• Develop comprehensive project plans including charters, risk assessments, timelines, and financial projections
• Build and manage effective project teams by defining roles, responsibilities, and resource requirements
• Address resource constraints, dependencies, and timing challenges while syncing efforts across teams
• Define delivery milestones and track progress, communicating risks and key decision timelines to sponsors
• Conduct lessons learned sessions to apply insights to future initiatives
• Travel as needed to support project objectives

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical project management, IT project delivery, or technical leadership
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills
• Proven ability in problem-solving, facilitating decision-making, and resolving conflict
