Project Manager - Operations

Responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Plan and deliver multiple projects end-to-end in parallel
• Analyze and optimize operational processes including vehicle purchasing, dismantling, warehousing, sales, and logistics
• Lead the deployment and integration of digital tools and operational systems
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Own change management, user adoption, training, and documentation
• Manage risks, testing, quality control, and go-live readiness
• Track KPIs and present status updates to senior leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, operations, or a related field
• 4–7 years of project management experience
• Proven track record delivering digital and system-related projects (CRM/ERP, mobile apps, workflow automation)
• Bilingual in English and French
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Experience in automotive recycling, logistics, warehousing, or retail
• Understanding of vehicle purchasing, dismantling, and inventory management
