Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of multiple projects, from spec development through execution and delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, product operations, marketing, and social media
• Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with company objectives
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders at all levels

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in tech or data-focused environments
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or ClickUp
• Familiarity with product development and data workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• 4-6 years of project management experience
• Experience working with data-driven products or platforms
• Interest in sports analytics and predictive modeling
