Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead DAS deployment programs from planning through completion
• Establish deployment strategy, timelines, milestones, and SLAs
• Serve as the single point of contact for wireless stakeholders
• Manage program P&L, forecasts, and profitability
• Manage construction activities, subcontractors, and installation standards
• Oversee testing protocols including sweeps, PIM, OTDR, and commissioning
• Coordinate across engineering, construction, finance, legal, and safety teams
• Manage documentation, submittals, BOMs, as-builts, and closeout packages
• Implement QA/QC standards for construction and integration
• Conduct root-cause analyses for delays or quality issues

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in DAS or wireless network project management
• Expertise in DAS OEMs such as JMA, Corning, CommScope, or SOLiD
• Experience with enterprise, stadium, or airport DAS deployments
• Proficiency in Excel and project management tools
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and travel regionally (10–30%)
• Valid driver’s license
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
