Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage mid-complexity, multichannel projects from concept to deployment
• Own and manage client deliverables for assigned brands, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Editorial, Account, Finance, Creative, Technology, and Strategy
• Enforce internal procedures and utilize project management tools to ensure accurate execution
• Serve as the primary point-of-contact for project-related matters, managing 3rd party vendors and client relationships
• Advise on creative concept feasibility, plan resource assignments, and identify potential bottlenecks
• Maintain accurate and detailed administrative records to support agency workflows

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Production, Marketing Operations, or a related field
• Experience in pharmaceutical marketing and advertising
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong communication, organizational, and financial aptitude skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any area of study
• Knowledge of multichannel production
• Basic knowledge of project management and financial management tools
