Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Liaise with cross-functional teams including Account Executives, Copywriters, Art Directors, and Developers to fulfill client requests
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding key issues and project deliverables
• Develop project estimates, plans, and comprehensive scopes including deliverables, schedules, and budgets
• Prepare functional specifications with project developers and provide clients with production schedules
• Lead complex projects, such as website redesigns, with minimal supervision
• Manage project status meetings, billing, and income forecasting
• Develop and update critical issues documents and communicate changes to brand teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of interactive project management experience in an advertising agency or similar environment
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working on digital projects or digitally focused accounts
• Solid understanding of interactive mediums such as responsive websites, banners, and social media
• Strong understanding of development technologies and quality assurance processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical advertising agency experience
