Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Take overall ownership of integrated creative projects from brief to fulfillment
• Work with strategy and account teams to prepare advertising strategy and milestones
• Liaise with clients to determine campaign scope and produce estimates and schedules
• Schedule projects with internal and external resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Motivate and manage teams under tight deadlines
• Provide regular job reporting to the Group Account Director regarding budget and schedule
• Manage operational income and escalate invoicing or estimate queries

Requirements

• Experience managing digital and integrated campaigns in a creative or production agency
• Proven track record in executing campaigns across multiple platforms
• Experience in project budget management and scheduling
• Experience in resource and production services sourcing
• Strong client engagement and relationship-building skills
• Ability to identify and manage project risks
• Financial conscientiousness regarding project delays and re-briefs

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of creating content for CMSs and E-commerce
• Understanding and knowledge of AI tools
• Passion for and inquisitiveness about AI and new technologies
