Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and manage mid-complexity, multi-channel projects from initiation to completion
• Develop and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Lead day-to-day project execution and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and challenges
• Manage project financials, tracking spend against budget and providing monthly forecasting
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Support and guide junior team members

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of agency project management experience in healthcare marketing and communications
• Strong project management and production knowledge across multiple tactic types
• Expertise in project management tools such as Smartsheet and Ziflow
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Teams
• Strong knowledge of digital routing and proofing systems
• Financial aptitude for tracking budgets and resource utilization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with product launches
