Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and communicate clear project plans for multi-market campaigns
• Act as the main point of contact for local market teams and coordinate asset localisation
• Manage the flow of creative assets, ensuring tracking, routing, and delivery to spec
• Organise internal and client reviews and consolidate feedback into actionable tasks
• Use AI and project management tools like Asana and Teams to streamline workflows

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager in a creative or marketing agency
• Track record of coordinating projects across different markets or regions
• Experience managing the delivery of creative campaigns
• Proficiency with project management software such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project
• Strong understanding of project setup, budgeting, and resource planning

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PR campaigns
• Ability to leverage AI tools for workflow efficiency
