Responsibilities

• Contribute to the construction and coherence of a project portfolio
• Integrate cost, deadline, resource, and skill constraints
• Monitor project/program progress regarding quality, cost, and schedule
• Identify discrepancies, alert management, and propose action plans
• Ensure compliance with methods, processes, and best practices
• Perform program risk analysis
• Track and update program budgets, analyzing consumption and forecasts
• Produce reporting and dashboards for management
• Facilitate program governance and translate strategic plans into operational roadmaps

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Program PMO or transverse PMO
• Solid experience in budget monitoring, production forecasting, and financial analysis
• Experience working with transverse budgets and complex scopes
• Ability to guarantee respect for deadlines, costs, and overall progress
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for budgeting and reporting
• Strong understanding of financial management
• Engineering degree or Master 2 in Computer Science
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PMO tools (Primavera, Jira, or MS Project)
