Responsibilities

• Conduct kick-off meetings to align on job scope and execution plans
• Translate contract scope into detailed project work plans and schedules
• Coordinate material delivery logistics with the Materials Manager
• Lead day-to-day on-site execution of roofing builds
• Manage crews and subcontractors for productivity and safety compliance
• Monitor schedule adherence, material usage, and labor productivity
• Resolve site issues and escalate high-risk tasks
• Conduct final inspections and ensure punch list completion
• Document project completion and submit closeout packages

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field OR 5+ years of construction project management experience
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety, and quality controls
• Proficiency with project management software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in roofing or exterior construction
• Associate's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
