Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects end-to-end, including scope definition, planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, installation, and commissioning
• Ensure all projects are executed in accordance with the Novonesis project model and handbook
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into robust technical solutions
• Manage external engineering firms, consultants, and contractors to ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements
• Implement effective risk management, change control, and stakeholder communication practices
• Monitor project performance regarding safety, quality, cost, and schedule, taking proactive corrective actions when necessary
• Partner with sourcing teams to secure cost-effective solutions that meet technical needs
• Support environmental policies by assessing impacts before implementing changes to processes or equipment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing capital investment projects
• Experience working within a processing or manufacturing environment
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects successfully across multiple phases
• Strong leadership capability with experience leading cross-functional and cross-site teams
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
