Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects end-to-end, including scope definition, planning, budgeting, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
• Ensure all projects are executed in accordance with the Novonesis project model and handbook.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into robust technical solutions.
• Manage external engineering firms, consultants, and contractors to ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
• Monitor project performance regarding safety, quality, cost, and schedule, taking proactive corrective actions when necessary.
• Prepare and present regular project status updates to steering committees and key stakeholders.
• Partner with sourcing teams to secure cost-effective solutions that meet technical requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing capital investment projects.
• Proven experience within a processing or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership capability with experience managing cross-functional and cross-site teams.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
