Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of luxury villa projects
• Manage multiple high-value villa projects simultaneously
• Oversee site construction activities from mobilization through final handover
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, designers, and subcontractors
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and financial performance
• Ensure luxury finishing standards are consistently achieved
• Promote and enforce a strong Health, Safety, and Environmental culture
• Manage and mentor project engineers, site managers, and support staff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 15 years of construction experience
• 8+ years managing luxury villa or high-end residential projects in the UAE/GCC
• Proven track record of delivering luxury developments from concept to handover
• Strong knowledge of project management and cost control
• Excellent leadership and client management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts
