Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of high-end luxury villa projects.
• Manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to quality, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee all site construction activities from mobilization through final handover.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with approved drawings.
• Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and financial performance, including variations and claims.
• Ensure luxury finishing standards are consistently achieved through rigorous quality control.
• Promote a strong Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) culture across all project sites.
• Manage and mentor project engineers, site managers, and support staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of construction experience.
• At least 8 years of experience specifically managing luxury villa or high-end residential projects in the UAE or GCC.
• Proven track record of delivering luxury developments from concept to handover.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, cost control, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent leadership and client management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts.
