Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of NFI Distribution projects, including new customer implementations, process improvements, and WMS conversions.
• Develop detailed project plans, including activity definition, task sequencing, resource requirements, and duration estimates.
• Lead project teams and facilitate regular meetings to monitor progress, communicate status, and manage risks/resolutions.
• Collaborate with senior executive sponsors, partners, and vendors to define project scope and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct project "health-checks" and "Go-Live" readiness assessments to ensure business objectives are met.
• Analyze project performance using metrics and data-driven indicators to drive continuous improvement and process compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing projects of varying size and complexity.
• Proven experience in 3PL, Distribution, Warehousing, or Supply Chain Management.
• Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Ability to travel up to 50% depending on project needs.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence non-direct reports.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP® Certification.
• Knowledge of Manhattan WMOS.
• Experience with Zoho.
