Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of NFI Distribution projects, including new customer implementations, process improvements, and WMS conversions.
• Develop detailed project plans, including activity definition, task sequencing, resource requirements, and duration estimates.
• Lead risk management efforts by identifying potential issues and recommending solutions to stabilize projects.
• Collaborate with senior executive sponsors, partners, and vendors to define project scope and ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate team calls, publish status reports, and monitor project health through metrics and audits.
• Ensure compliance with project management standard policies, procedures, and templates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing projects of varying size and complexity.
• Experience in 3PL, Distribution, Warehousing, or Supply Chain Management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, and MS Project.
• Ability to travel up to 50% depending on project needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP® Certification.
• Knowledge of Manhattan WMOS.
• Experience using Zoho.
