Project Manager - New Unit Generator

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all activities required for the on-time delivery of generator service projects, including major sub-components and new replacement components.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers regarding all project matters.
• Work with Tendering, Proposals, and regional counterparts to clarify technical requirements and necessary resources.
• Manage project performance, including financial status, risk mitigation, and adherence to cost, scope, and schedule targets.
• Create and execute Project Change Notices and Extra Work Requests following customer approval.
• Coordinate software and hardware deliverables and report on project progress to stakeholders.
• Support customer meetings and facilitate Customer Witness activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a non-technical degree.
• 8+ years of related professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Project Management or within Generator Product/Manufacturing environments.
• 1-3 years of experience using MS Project or equivalent scheduling software.
• Ability to travel up to 5%.
• Strong written, verbal, mathematical, and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PM@Siemens or PMI certification.
• 1-3 years of experience using SAP.
