Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects for the GVC Division including video collaboration, life safety, and large venue solutions
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations using ERP and project management tools
• Track multiple project budgets, milestones, and deliverables to maintain profitability
• Monitor project margins and profitability metrics to meet or exceed as-sold targets
• Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation through closeout
• Coordinate with pre-sales and post-sales engineering to align technical execution with client needs
• Oversee documentation, testing, and commissioning of AV, life safety, and security systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in relevant technology project management (AV, security, etc.)
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of project budgeting, cost control, and profitability metrics
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and respond to emergent changes
• Ability to travel to client sites (approximately 25%)

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent certification
• Experience with enterprise collaboration platforms such as Teams, Zoom, or Webex
