Responsibilities

• Support project work planning, including defining trainer scope, functional requirements, cost estimating, and schedule development
• Oversee solicitation, placement, and oversight of subtier supplier contracts
• Monitor project progress against plans and initiate corrective actions
• Execute schedule and assigned budget resources
• Interface with project stakeholders, both internal and external to the Program
• Identify and implement solutions to resolve challenges and minimize project impacts
• Ensure project results meet scope, schedule, cost, and technical quality requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
• DOE L Clearance (or DOD equivalent) required
• US citizenship required
• Ability to perform periodic travel to NNPP and subtier supplier sites

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with Primavera P6
• Experience managing complex technical projects within a technical business
• Experience with new project startup and technical writing
• Experience working with engineers to define project scope and schedules
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
