Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams through the full lifecycle of capital, facility, laboratory, office, and infrastructure projects
• Define project scope, develop execution strategies, and establish cost, schedule, procurement, and resource plans
• Adapt project strategies to evolving budgets and government funding cycles
• Guide projects through internal governance and government approval processes
• Coordinate across engineering, construction, procurement, finance, operations, sponsors, and oversight stakeholders
• Oversee general contractor and subcontractor execution in a highly regulated environment
• Identify and mitigate risks related to scope changes, budget constraints, and working within existing infrastructure
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to improving overall project execution practices

Requirements

• Active DOE L clearance or DOD equivalent
• US citizenship
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams through project lifecycles
• Experience with capital, facility, or infrastructure projects
• Ability to manage contractors and subcontractors
• Experience with cost estimating, scheduling, and procurement planning
