Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close projects by defining scope, establishing timelines, and allocating necessary resources.
• Manage project risks by proactively identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential impacts.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
• Handle administrative follow-ups regarding billing, payments, project renewals, and contract end dates.
• Conduct project closures, ensuring all deliverables are met and documenting lessons learned for future optimization.

Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4 to 5 years of proven experience leading and managing projects.
• Advanced English proficiency (both oral and written).
• Strong command of both Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Experience in budget management, including deviation analysis and risk mitigation.
• Ability to create technical reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Scrum Master (CSM) or Prince2 Practitioner certification.
• Experience interpreting performance metrics (KPIs) for data-driven decision-making.
