Project Manager-Multifamily Construction

Kimmel & Associates is a rapidly growing real estate development and investment firm specializing in multifamily and mixed-use residential properties. The firm is experiencing exceptional growth with a 2026 pipeline exceeding $500M in new development, focusing on low- and mid-rise residential developments across Florida.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the owner’s advocate and project leader to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Act as the daily eyes and ears for the ownership team to protect investments
• Oversee preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, and construction execution
• Maintain strong communication between ownership, third-party general contractors, and consultants
• Monitor ground-up multifamily residential projects ranging from 160–200 units

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience
• Experience managing ground-up multifamily residential construction
• Experience working with developers and general contractors preferred
• Ability to visit job sites and report progress
• Must be local to or within commuting distance of Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
