Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage all project documentation
• Prepare construction budgets by studying plans and specifications
• Build and actively manage project schedules with field supervisors
• Manage project financial success, including job costs and profitability
• Develop, write, and contractually manage subcontracts and purchase orders
• Collect and organize submittals and product samples
• Create and distribute RFIs for project clarification
• Manage safety, quality, and productivity of the project
• Collaborate with Assistant Project Managers and Superintendents on resource requests
• Ensure client satisfaction while balancing scope, time, and cost

Requirements

• Previous experience in project management or a BS/BA in Building Science, Engineering, or Construction Management
• Extensive experience managing construction project budgets
• OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR training
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and safety standards
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and construction management software
• Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills
• High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or CCM certification
• Design/Build experience
