Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage all project documentation and schedules
• Prepare construction budgets by studying plans and identifying costs
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and profitability
• Obtain appropriate permits and manage subcontractors
• Create and distribute RFIs and manage submittals
• Prepare monthly project billing and invoices
• Negotiate and formalize changes in project scope
• Manage safety, quality, and productivity on the jobsite
• Collaborate with Assistant Project Managers and Superintendents

Requirements

• Previous experience in project management or a degree in Building Science, Engineering, or Construction Management
• Extensive experience managing construction project budgets
• OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR training
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and safety standards
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and construction management software
• Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent communication and time management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or CCM certification
• Design/Build experience
