Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage all project documentation and schedules
• Prepare construction budgets by studying plans and projecting costs
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and profitability
• Negotiate and manage subcontracts and purchase orders
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and project billing
• Oversee safety, quality, and productivity on the jobsite
• Collaborate with Assistant Project Managers and Superintendents on resource needs
• Manage field personnel hiring and onboarding

Requirements

• Previous experience in project management or a BS/BA in Building Science, Engineering, or Construction Management
• Extensive experience managing construction project budgets
• OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR training
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and safety standards
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and construction management software
• Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or CCM certification
• Design/Build experience
