Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all job-site activities during installations
• Maintain ongoing coaching and performance management for installer partners
• Develop and maintain installation schedules in collaboration with sales, logistics, and site superintendents
• Conduct pre-installation site visits to verify job readiness and confirm rough openings
• Assist with on-site coordination to resolve field issues in real-time
• Conduct post-installation inspections and coordinate rework or service requests
• Verify installation quality and approve subcontractor invoices
• Manage change orders and ensure proper billing and documentation

Requirements

• 2+ years of new construction experience
• OSHA 30 and CPR certification
• Basic computer skills including CRM knowledge (Salesforce)
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, and lift up to 100 lbs
• Ability to work in varied weather and jobsite conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior hands-on installation experience in new construction
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
