Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Architect annual Value Stream Operational Plans and define workforce strategies
• Lead annual project budgeting and establish robust forecasting processes
• Build and nurture strategic client relationships through proactive business reviews
• Drive operational performance by empowering Project Managers to execute plans
• Design and implement transformative Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies
• Mentor Project Managers and conduct Performance Development Dialogues
• Provide technical expertise to Sales for competitive proposals and pricing models
• Ensure compliance with Delegation of Authority Policy and maintain ISO9001/TISAX certifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• 7+ years of project or delivery management experience in repair or automotive industries
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects with P&L responsibility
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing direct reports
• Proficiency in English and Japanese (written and verbal)
• Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma
• Proficiency in Business Analytics tools such as Power BI
