About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver projects on time, on budget, and as scoped
- Track hours and budgets against SOW and internal systems
- Map out project planning, including phases, deliverables, milestones, and resource needs
- Provide operational support through scheduling, meeting notes, and action item tracking
- Facilitate communication between Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, Production, and Executive Leadership
- Proactively identify and resolve project blind spots and roadblocks
- Work with cross-functional teams to estimate hours and monitor budget burn
- Manage multiple client programs simultaneously within tight deadlines
- Audit and recommend processes to improve operational efficiency
Requirements
- 4+ years of project management in a creative agency setting
- Experience managing social media campaigns, video production, and influencer campaigns
- Experience managing large-scale, complex projects (ideally $2M+)
- Proficiency with Google Suite
- Experience with project management software like Asana, Salesforce, or Harvest
- Extensive fluency in social media and omni-channel campaign management
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Highly organized and proactive with a keen eye for detail
