Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time, on budget, and as scoped
• Track hours and budgets against SOW and internal systems
• Map out project planning, including phases, deliverables, milestones, and resource needs
• Provide operational support through scheduling, meeting notes, and action item tracking
• Facilitate communication between Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, Production, and Executive Leadership
• Proactively identify and resolve project blind spots and roadblocks
• Work with cross-functional teams to estimate hours and monitor budget burn
• Manage multiple client programs simultaneously within tight deadlines
• Audit and recommend processes to improve operational efficiency

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management in a creative agency setting
• Experience managing social media campaigns, video production, and influencer campaigns
• Experience managing large-scale, complex projects (ideally $2M+)
• Proficiency with Google Suite
• Experience with project management software like Asana, Salesforce, or Harvest
• Extensive fluency in social media and omni-channel campaign management
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Highly organized and proactive with a keen eye for detail
