Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Guide the successful execution of the system staging process for two-way radio systems
• Develop and manage project schedules, deliverables, and work plans
• Identify key requirements from cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Facilitate weekly team meetings and produce accurate program status reporting
• Work with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and mitigate program risks
• Manage material status for staging projects and oversee allocation of material shortages
• Implement processes and manage changes to ensure program goals are met

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology
• 3+ years of technical or supply chain experience
• Proven experience in project management and stakeholder management
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• US work authorization required (no sponsorship available)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Continuous Improvement and Data Analysis
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and materials management
• Familiarity with two-way radio communication systems in public safety services
• Proficiency in Google Applications (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive)
• PMP certification and/or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
