Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute electrical panel manufacturing projects from initiation through close-out
• Track project schedules, budgets, and resource assignments
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams
• Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners
• Ensure projects comply with regulatory and safety standards including UL891, UL508A, and UL67
• Identify, document, and track project issues and action items
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports using project management software

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of direct project management experience in complex electrical manufacturing
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Knowledge of electrical systems and standards (UL891, UL508A, UL67)
• Proven success managing large project budgets
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
