Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of client implementation projects supporting GenAI-driven data and analytics solutions
• Translate client and business requirements into structured project plans, workstreams, milestones, and success criteria
• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple initiatives
• Coordinate across internal teams including Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, and Support to ensure delivery readiness
• Apply Agile and project management best practices to maintain governance, transparency, and flexibility
• Track and report on project progress using defined KPIs to ensure accountability and continuous improvement
• Act as an escalation point for delivery risks and client concerns to ensure timely resolution

Requirements

• 2+ years of project management experience with demonstrated ability to manage plans, timelines, and risks
• Experience working in SaaS, data, analytics, financial software, or technology-enabled environments
• Proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts and hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows
• Knowledge of APIs, data platforms, and CRM/ERP systems within technical implementation environments
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master’s or MBA)
• Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum Master
