Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client implementation projects for data, analytics, and AI-driven solutions.
• Translate client requirements into detailed delivery plans, workstreams, milestones, and success criteria.
• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution to ensure high-quality execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Client Support.
• Apply Agile and project management practices to maintain governance, transparency, and flexibility.
• Act as an escalation point for delivery risks and client concerns to ensure timely resolution.
• Support pre-sales activities, including scoping and delivery feasibility assessments.
• Capture client feedback to improve delivery methodologies and support the adoption of AI-enabled practices.

Requirements

• Strong project management experience in client-facing delivery environments (SaaS, data, or technology solutions preferred).
• Proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts and experience using AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Experience working with APIs, data platforms, CRM, or ERP systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage both technical and business audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum).
