Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Define maintenance, renovation, and investment project tasks based on customer requirements and contribute to cost planning.
• Prepare detailed project plans including resource requirements, material needs, equipment, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with teams, customers, and management to evaluate subcontractor offers and ensure integrated project plan understanding.
• Monitor full project execution, coordinate teams and subcontractors, and implement corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Ensure timely execution of schedules, availability of necessary resources, and adherence to budget and financial reporting.
• Guarantee quality objectives are met and participate in the development of specific quality management plans.
• Participate in risk analysis and the development of management plans while initiating improvements for technical content, scheduling, or quality.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (higher or secondary vocational).
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar field.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
• English or German language skills.
• Strong complex decision-making, independent problem-solving, and high level of responsibility.
• Effective communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
