Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Define maintenance, renovation, and investment project tasks based on customer requirements and contribute to cost planning.
• Prepare detailed project plans including resource requirements, material needs, equipment, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with teams, customers, and management to evaluate subcontractor offers and ensure integrated project plan understanding.
• Monitor full project execution, coordinate teams and subcontractors, and develop corrective actions in case of deviations.
• Ensure timely execution of schedules, availability of resources, budget compliance, and accurate financial accounting.
• Guarantee quality objectives are met and participate in the development of specific quality management plans.
• Participate in risk analysis and the development of management plans while adhering to technical instructions.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (higher or vocational).
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar field.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
• English or German language skills.
• Strong complex decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical knowledge and experience in project management.
• Professional knowledge of the oil industry.
• Familiarity with technological instructions and processes.
• Category B driver's license.
• Relevant official certifications (e.g., fire protection or safety engineering).
