Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical content of design projects, ensuring completeness and professional compliance.
• Coordinate work between design disciplines, subcontractors, procurement, and cost estimation departments.
• Direct and harmonize the work of project team members and ensure smooth information flow between team members and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules, budgets, and quality standards, intervening when necessary.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, authorities, and third parties.
• Support construction activities through site visits and participation in site meetings.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in a technical field, preferably in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in design and construction.
• Negotiating-level proficiency in English.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
• High stress tolerance.

• Professional experience within the oil and gas, energy, or chemical industries.
