Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and follow up on assigned projects, contracts, and service assignments
• Ensure projects are driven according to budget, schedule, quality requirements, and environmental/work environment routines
• Manage purchasing, resource planning, project follow-up, invoicing, and final documentation
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers, ordering parties, suppliers, installers, and subcontractors
• Participate in project meetings, construction meetings, and internal planning meetings
• Actively work with customer relations, sales, and development of existing customers
• Contribute to personnel matters, competence development, and supervision of employees

Requirements

• Valid B-driver's license
• Fluency in Swedish (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in computer systems, including email and Excel
• Ability to follow up project calculations, budgets, and forecasts
• Experience in the construction industry is a merit
• Previous experience in management, personnel responsibility, or project driving is a merit
• Structured, responsible, and a strong leader
