Project Manager - Mechanical ICI Construction

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate assigned mechanical ICI construction projects from start to finish
• Provide leadership regarding cost, schedule, quality, safety, and contract performance
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Plan, prepare, monitor, and manage construction schedules and milestones
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company policies, and contract requirements
• Monitor and report on progress, labor productivity, budget, cost, and forecasts
• Prepare project estimates and negotiate changes in scope
• Review contracts and WIP for risk areas and correct deficiencies
• Ensure accurate monthly cost forecasting and weekly productivity reports

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Construction Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or Mechanical Engineering
• 2-5+ years of Project Management experience in Mechanical ICI Construction
• Proficiency in Procore and MS Office (Word, Excel, Project)
• Skills in construction scheduling, planning, and execution
• Ability to interpret project structural designs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience on transit projects including TTC or Metrolinx
