About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project planning for an assigned portfolio of M&E markets, managing scope, timelines, and resources.
- Execute concurrent deployments across multiple international markets, overseeing pre-build, UAT, cutover, and hypercare phases.
- Partner with business leaders to translate strategic objectives into executable project plans aligned with the global operating model.
- Proactively identify and manage risks and issues, maintaining the delivery risk register and coordinating mitigations.
- Build strong relationships with internal market teams, regional GMs, and central program teams across different time zones and cultures.
- Monitor project progress and report status, milestones, and escalations to the Head of Transformation and Steerco.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by applying lessons learned from each market to improve global delivery velocity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience delivering complex, multi-market technology deployment or migration projects.
- Proven track record of managing concurrent project delivery across international geographies.
- Mandatory Project Management qualification (PMP, Prince2, Agile, or similar).
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience navigating matrixed environments and diverse cultural contexts.
- Robust risk management skills, including dependency mapping and maintaining risk registers.
- Experience with technology rollouts involving CRM, Finance, ERP, or travel management platforms is highly advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications
- Scaled Agile (SAFe) certification.
- Additional Lean or change management qualifications.
- Experience within the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) or Travel industry.
