Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement necessary resources to manage entire programs, negotiating with functional managers to balance competing priorities.
• Negotiate program requirements, objectives, funding, and resources with clients while maintaining company interests.
• Develop detailed schedules to track daily progress and perform regular cost assessments and estimates.
• Identify and manage program risks and opportunities.
• Maintain program control through regular design reviews, audits, and staff meetings.
• Provide technical and administrative guidance and decision-making support to the program team.
• Ensure program visibility through regular technical and management meetings with clients and senior leadership.
• Establish a competent subcontractor and supplier framework in collaboration with the supply chain.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in program/project management or project engineering in a related technical field.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Proven experience in negotiation, risk management, contract management, and subcontract management.
• Knowledge of US ITAR regulations and financial management.
• Fluency in both English and French.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Reliability status security clearance and pass security assessments for Controlled Goods Program (CGP) and ITAR.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
