Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of civil engineering projects from concept through construction administration
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business
• Oversee and mentor project teams, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment
• Direct the design of civil engineering systems including site plans, utility plans, and stormwater management
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
• Lead permitting efforts and work with local agencies for regulatory compliance
• Identify and mitigate project risks and technical challenges
• Ensure quality control of all project deliverables and design documents
• Contribute to business development through proposals and client presentations
• Supervise staff and provide mentorship to junior engineers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
• Engineer Intern (EI) certification required; Professional Engineer (PE) strongly preferred
• Minimum of 8+ years of civil site design experience
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Expertise in Civil 3D and AutoCAD
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and schedules simultaneously
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
