Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of civil engineering projects from concept through construction administration
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and identify business development opportunities
• Oversee and mentor project teams, providing guidance and fostering collaboration
• Direct the design of civil engineering systems including site plans, utility plans, and stormwater management
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
• Lead permitting efforts and coordinate with local agencies and municipalities
• Ensure quality control of all project deliverables and design documents
• Manage relationships with external subconsultants, contractors, and vendors
• Perform supervisory responsibilities including performance appraisals and workload direction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
• Engineer in Training (EI) certification required
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or on track to obtaining PE strongly preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in civil site design or a related field
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of civil engineering design principles and construction processes
• Excellent budget, schedule, and resource management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
