Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring all requirements, budgets, and schedules are met
• Act as the voice of the customer to facilitate collaboration in the design, build, and acceptance of equipment or services
• Coordinate with cross-functional team members to ensure alignment on project deliverables and quality standards
• Prepare status reports, facilitate project meetings, and establish effective communication plans
• Manage project costs and facilitate change requests to inform stakeholders of impacts on schedule and budget
• Identify and implement project process improvements and conduct post-project evaluations
• Coordinate the development of user manuals and training materials for successful implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• 3-5 years of proven experience in project management
• Experience in budget management and tracking project costs
• Ability to read CAD drawings and technical specifications
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Strong ability to lead project teams and work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Master's degree (MBA, Engineering, or similar)
• Prior experience in team management
