Project Manager Marketing Automation & Technology

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and continuous development of marketing automation solutions, including planning, budget, and quality management.
• Coordinate with marketing, IT, and external implementation partners to design globally applicable marketing automation solutions.
• Manage the global rollout of marketing automation software, from initial planning to worldwide deployment.
• Provide international user support through documentation, training, and continuous assistance.
• Act as a Business Technology Manager to ensure consistent and compliant use of marketing technologies worldwide.
• Serve as the Application Owner for central email marketing tools, overseeing operations, quality assurance, and 2nd/3rd-level support.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration (focus on Marketing or Sales), or a comparable qualification.
• Proven experience in the rollout and implementation of marketing automation solutions, ideally with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong professional background in digital marketing or the marketing technology (MarTech) environment.
• Deep understanding of marketing and sales processes, including lead management, campaign control, and email marketing.
• High affinity for IT systems, interfaces, and data flows, including experience working with IT, data protection, and information security.
• Strong project management skills with experience in international stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent communication and moderation skills in both German and English.
