Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of field service platforms from legacy ERP systems to BuildOps
• Own the integrated project plan, including discovery, configuration, testing, and go-live phases
• Drive cross-functional execution across business, IT, and vendor teams
• Manage project momentum, decision-making, and risk mitigation
• Coordinate data migration, software integrations, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Maintain visibility into project scope, status, and dependencies for leadership

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of project management experience
• Two full-cycle field service or ERP implementations
• Experience in commercial mechanical, HVAC, or construction industries
• Strong knowledge of software integrations and data migration
• Experience with data cleansing, validation, and testing processes
• Proven change management experience supporting field and back-office teams
• Experience leading structured User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
