Responsibilities

• Coordinate, oversee, and direct the project design team during the execution of projects in responsible charge
• Develop, implement, and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and delegation of responsibility to staff
• Provide technical review and QA/QC of projects
• Serve as the primary contact with clients
• Provide leadership in the development of new business and the promotion of repeat and referral business
• Prepare and review project proposals, qualification statements, and promotional materials

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• 8+ years of water/wastewater engineering design and management experience
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Nevada required
• Experience managing a team of technical staff in multiple disciplines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with 3 or fewer demerit points

Preferred Qualifications

• California P.E. license
